Mr Myeza, a University of Cape Town (UCT) alumnus, has completed specialised training through Paddocks (endorsed by the University of Cape Town) in Sectional Title Scheme Management, Homeowners’ Association (HOA) Management, Managing Agents Practice, and Advanced Financial Management (Master Class).

This professional property-management based training ensures that Facility Force and its subdivisions operate in line with South African sectional title legislation, governance standards, and sound financial management practices. Facility Force assents to the Prescribed Management Rules in terms of section 10(2)(a) of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, 2011 (Act No. 8 of 2011).

With more than a decade of hands-on experience serving as a Trustee, Mr Myeza has developed strong expertise in body corporate operations, governance structures, budgeting, levy management, contractor oversight, as well as dispute resolution within residential estates and sectional title schemes.

He also currently serves as a CSOS Executive Management Agent appointee, which further strengthens Facility Force’s credibility and reflects the company’s commitment to regulatory compliance, ethical conduct, and transparent estate management.
